MARKETING ASSISTANT

Salary: ₱20,000 a month

Status: OPEN TO FRESH GRADUATES (Fine Arts Advertising or related fields)

Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and highly motivated Marketing Assistant with a passion for design to join Aikon Food Corporation. The ideal candidate will assist with the creation of visuals for marketing campaigns, social media, branding, and promotional materials across multiple restaurant brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the SM Manager to create compelling visual designs for social media posts, advertisements, and website content.
• Design and development of collaterals including menus, posters, flyers, and other printed materials for the restaurant brands.
• Develop creative assets for email marketing campaigns, digital ads, and event promotions.
• Support the creation of video reels and other multimedia content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok.
• Help maintain the brand identity and visual guidelines across all brands within the corporation.
• Stay updated with current design trends, digital marketing best practices, and tools.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Design, Fine Arts Advertising or related fields with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative skills (knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or other design software is preferred).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• With background in Graphic/Multimedia Designing.
• Knowledge in Photography and Videography preferred.
• Strong eye for detail, typography, and color schemes.
• Basic video editing and photography skills are a plus.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
