We’re seeking a skilled Backend Engineer (Go/Golang) to design, build, and optimize scalable backend services and APIs in a cloud-native environment. The client is a U. S.-based technology company focused on building reliable, high-performance platforms in the live events industry. The selected engineer will join a collaborative team environment, working closely with senior developers and product managers to deliver impactful backend solutions.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in backend software development. Proven experience with Go (Golang) in production environments. Solid understanding of microservices architecture , API design , and system scalability .
Experience
with PostgreSQL , Redis , Docker , and Kubernetes . Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines , Git , and Agile development practices . Ability to work effectively in distributed teams with clear communication and accountability.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain backend services using Go . Collaborate with other engineers to enhance performance, stability, and scalability of existing systems. Build APIs and integrations to support new and ongoing initiatives.
Participate in code reviews , architecture discussions , and technical documentation . Identify areas for improvement and contribute to automation and workflow optimization efforts. We offer: 10 working days of Paid Day Off within an individual year.
