Lunes a viernes de 8 am a 6 pm CST
**Responsabilidades**:
- Gestionar campañas de correo electrónico masivo, incluyendo:
- Supervisión de la programación de automatizaciones.
- Redactar el contenido de los correos electrónicos
- Edición de correos electrónicos
- Comunicación con el departamento de ventas sobre las tareas necesarias
- Creación y mantenimiento de material colateral de ventas
- Redacción de entradas de blog
- Gestionar los medios sociales, incluyendo:
- ○ Creación de una estrategia de contenidos para medios sociales
- ○ Lanzar ideas de posts diaria y semanalmente
- ○ Creación de pies de foto, gráficos y campañas para los medios sociales
- Creación y mantenimiento de un calendario de redes sociales
- Solicitud y gestión de premios con empresas locales y nacionales (Inc.'s Fastest 5,000, Best of Staffing, etc.)
- Edición y publicación de trabajos
- Gestión de la reputación online (ClearlyRated, Google Reviews, Indeed, etc.)
- Comunicación a través de múltiples departamentos
- Identificación de prospectos calificados a partir de ZoomInfo
**Requisitos**:
- Inglés B2+
- Experiência demostrada en ventas y marketing, con una sólida formación en creación de contenidos es imprescindible para el puesto de marketing.
- Se valorará positivamente la experiência en contratación.Conocimientos de marketing por correo electrónico y redacción de contenidos. - Conocimientos básicos de diseño gráfico para la creación de elementos visuales.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y mantenerse organizado en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
- Excelente atención al detalle y alto grado de organización.
- Confianza en la presentación de ideas y capacidad de comunicación.
- Se prefiere un título universitario en un campo relacionado, pero no es obligatorio.
- Se valorará positivamente la presentación de un portfolio en el que se muestren las habilidades de marketing de contenidos y la capacidad para cumplir los plazos.
- Debe ser capaz de producir contenido de alta calidad rápidamente
- Debe ser capaz de lanzar y completar contenidos estratégicos y creativos
- Se necesitan excelentes habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo
- Se necesita una atención excepcional a los detalles
- Debe ser capaz de autodirigirse para cumplir con las prioridades establecidas por el Jefe de Marketing y el coordinador de marketing
