Descripción del rol:

Como Case Manager – Pre-Litigation , serás responsable de coordinar con los clientes la recopilación de reportes médicos y otros documentos clave, garantizando que cada caso esté listo para avanzar en el proceso legal.

  1. Coordinar directamente con los clientes para obtener reportes médicos y otros documentos necesarios en la fase de pre-litigación.
  2. Realizar seguimiento constante para asegurar la entrega oportuna de documentación requerida.
  3. Mantener una comunicación clara y efectiva con clientes, asegurando que comprendan los requisitos y plazos.
  4. Organizar y archivar documentos de manera precisa y accesible.
  5. Apoyar en tareas administrativas relacionadas con los casos legales.
  6. Trabajar en equipo con abogados y otros miembros del staff para mantener actualizado el estado de cada caso.

Requisitos:

  1. Experiencia preferible en atención al cliente y back office.
  2. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  3. Capacidad de organización y atención al detalle.
  4. Habilidades interpersonales para tratar con clientes en situaciones sensibles.
  5. Nivel intermedio-avanzado de inglés (preferiblemente B2+).

Condiciones y Beneficios:

  1. Horario: Lunes a viernes, de 8:30 a.m. a 5:30 p.m.
  2. Modalidad: Presencial.
  3. Salario: $2.610.000 COP + bonos, con aumento al tercer mes.
