- Desarrollar y realizar seguimiento de los KPI´s con clientes y equipo OP y promover reuniones para presentación de los mismos.
- Data Quality (Meridian, Smart View, demás sistemas de PSA BDP)
- Liderar el área de PSA BDP Land Product
- Hacer seguimiento con el área de finanzas de los cierres de pedidos.
- Asegurar la rentabilidad de pedidos conforme a política de la compañía, así como el Profit share para los Agentes/Oficinas PSA BDP. Informar a Gerencia y a Dirección Financiera pedidos de baja rentabilidad (menos de 5%) o pérdida.
- Asegurar el proceso y tiempo de Facturación a los clientes.
- Asegurar el proceso de revisión de facturas de navieras y su paso oportuno a contabilidad.
- Revisar conjuntamente con finanzas y Procurement status de créditos y condiciones de navieras. Proteger condiciones que BDP tenga pactadas.
- Revisar con el área de cartera las autorizaciones para liberar o bloquear a los clientes.
- Responsable de los reportes de Operaciones por oficinas y por servicios.
- Responsable de llevar las estadísticas del área.
- Responsable del cumplimiento de las políticas y procesos de las demás áreas.
- Implementar procedimiento para evitar demora de cargas en puerto. Notificar a la Gerencia Contenedores con más de 5 días en puerto.
- Proyectos: Revisar y asegurar procedimientos de operaciones especiales y de proyectos. Preoperativas, Coordinación con Puertos, Transporte, Survey, etc.
- Cumplir con los estándares de HSEQ.
- Responsable del equipo humano del área de OP, Motivación, control de desempeños y necesidades de capacitación.
- Representar Legalmente a PSA BDP en los Consorcios vigentes para clientes.
- Responsable de la certificación IATA.
- Garantizar que la documentación y permisos como Agente de Carga permanezcan vigentes para poder operar.
- Dar soporte al área Comercial en acompañamiento clientes nuevos o implementación.
Estudios y/o formación:
- Profesional en Administración de Empresas y Negocios Internacionales.
Experiencia:
- Más de 10 años liderando equipos de logística.
Idiomas:
- 90% Inglés (Hablado y escrito).
Conocimientos específicos:
