QA Analyst Construction Industry

MISIÓN:
- Generar la curación de los datos (quality assurance / calidad de datos) del sector construcción, asegurar la calidad y creación de conjuntos de datos para alimentar la plataforma.
- Escalar a un nivel superior todos los problemas anormales con los datos y la plataforma de construcción e IA, y recomendar posibles soluciones a los especialistas de soporte N2.
- Realizar QA/Calidad de Datos adicional y enriquecimiento de datos de información para el desarrollo de características específicas y futuras de los productos del cliente.
- Realizar controles de calidad y confiabilidad en los componentes del producto de construcción, características, informes, alertas e insights.
FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Etiquetar, validar y curar (QA) los datos generados por máquinas (IA) en alineación con los protocolos de la empresa.
- Escalar todas las brechas en el protocolo y los datos proporcionados por IA a los especialistas N2.
- Informar y sugerir mejoras en los protocolos, la infraestructura interna, la tecnología y el producto.
- Reportar todos los casos desconocidos y nuevos estudios de caso a los especialistas de nivel 2 y dar seguimiento a la calidad de los despliegues.
- Ejecutar los planes de proyecto específicos y sus metas en las tareas de dominio de los especialistas de nivel 1.
REQUISITOS:
- Conocimientos básicos y experiencia en aplicaciones web, Google Chrome, Google Docs y aplicaciones de mensajería.
- MÍNIMO 1 AÑO de experiencia previa y comprobada en el sector de la construcción es vital y representa una gran ventaja.
- REQUISITO OBLIGATORIO INGLÉS B2 MÍNIMO.

- Disposición para trabajar en un entorno dinámico de start-up con cambios frecuentes.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos y fuera de horas laborales, según demanda, para cubrir diferentes zonas horarias donde la tecnología del cliente está instalada.
- Disposición para trabajar en días libres y festivos si es necesario, es una ventaja - Remunerados.
- Colaborativo y buen trabajo en equipo con expertos en la materia.
- Persona proactiva con un fuerte deseo de desarrollarse, aprender y tener éxito.
