You will provide support through three channels: chat, email, and phone calls, ensuring our customers receive top-notch assistance tailored to their needs. Utilizing internal tools to investigate customer inquiries, coordinating with various departments, and escalating within the Customer Service team as needed. Engaging with customers through live chat, phone calls, and email, while effectively and efficiently addressing their requests and complaints in a courteous and timely manner. Conducting internal tasks to improve customer perception of our platform. Demonstrating a thorough understanding of policies, procedures, and licensing requirements. Advocating for responsible gaming.
