Autolab es un emprendimiento de alto crecimiento en el sector automotriz. A través de una plataforma tecnológica, ofrecemos a nuestros clientes finales un servicio de reparación de vehículos confiable, asequible y con gran servicio. Todas las reparaciones son realizadas por una red de talleres independientes que se asocian con Autolab (talleres aliados). Autolab atrae clientes a los talleres y les ofrece como valor agregado un software para manejar la relación cliente-taller. Este tech stack permite a Autolab controlar la calidad y eficiencia de la operación, logrando así un servicio único de cara al cliente final.
Estamos creciendo Estamos ampliando rápidamente nuestra red de talleres mecánicos y adquiriendo nuevos clientes en Colombia y México. Por ello, buscamos un **VP / Director of **Growth **que gestione los canales actuales, potencie nuevas iniciativas y/o productos en México y Colombia para asegurar nuestro crecimiento exponencial
**Sobre el rol**
Como **VP / Director of **Growth **, liderarás el equipo de marketing-growth de México y Colombia, compuesto por expertos en SEM, SEO, CRO, y producto. Serás la persona encargada de impulsar nuevas iniciativas o productos para duplicar la cantidad de clientes que atendemos cada mes en México y Colombia, atrayendo nuevos clientes, aumentando la retención de los actuales y mejorando cada etapa de nuestro funnel de conversión.
Queremos que encuentres nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento en México y Colombia Liderarás un equipo multidisciplinar para lograr este crecimiento y un _product-market fit_
**¿A quién estamos buscando?**
- Mínimo 7 años de experiência laboral, al menos 2 años liderando equipos en entornos de alto crecimiento (startups o consultoría)
- Alguien que quiera **liderar equipos multidisciplinarios**: crees que un problema complejo se soluciona mejor uniendo el esfuerzo de personas con diferentes competencias
- Experiência analizando y mejorando tasas de conversión a través del funnel.
- **Entendimiento de negocio**: eres capaz de convertir objetivos de negocio en iniciativas.
- **Influencia y manejo de stakeholders**: puedes gestionar diferentes tipos de stakeholders e influir cuando sea necesario para conseguir un objetivo común.
- **Pensamiento analítico, basado en datos**: disfrutas analizando datos y obteniendo información de ellos
- **Solucionador de problemas ágil, proactivo y curioso**: ante un problema, no esperas que alguien te oriente sobre cómo resolverlo, tú mismo resuelves. Y si hay incertidumbre, creas una hipótesis, diseñas un experimento para probar esa hipótesis, y analizas tus resultados para aprender rápido
