Manejo del programa contable QuickBooks, experiencia mínima de 2 años como contador o financiero al menos 3 años.

Te estamos buscando ¿Tienes conocimiento con los siguientes programas? QuickBooks Online & QuickBooks Desktop (QuickBooks Online preferido), Karbon, Practice Ignition, Microsoft Suite, ShareFile, Adobe, Zoom.

Responsabilidades:
  1. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones y estándares financieros.
  2. Colaborar con equipos internos para garantizar un servicio y satisfacción del cliente sin inconvenientes.
  3. Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias de la industria y mejores prácticas en contabilidad y gestión financiera.
Habilidades:

Habilidades técnicas: Dominio de QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, contabilidad técnica, informes financieros y preparación de estados financieros, conciliación de estados bancarios y cuentas, y comprensión de regulaciones y estándares financieros.

Habilidades blandas: Atención al detalle, excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales, organización, capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas, capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente o en equipo, trato con clientes y adaptabilidad.

Ciudades:

Medellín, Barranquilla, Bogotá, Bucaramanga, Cali, Córdoba (Argentina), Chihuahua (México), Ciudad de Guatemala/Honduras.

Horario:

Lunes a viernes de 7:00 am a 5:00 pm CST.

Tipo de empleo:

Tiempo completo.
