Sr QA Engineer

Propósito del rol: El Product QA Sr es el encargado de garantizar que los entregables del equipo de producto cumplan con altos estándares de calidad diseñando y ejecutando planes de prueba funcional y no funcional que cubren la funcionalidad propuesta en el producto. Acompaña todo el ciclo de desarrollo de producto, desde el diseño hasta su liberación y aún después para certificar que todo funcione de acuerdo a lo definido en los criterios de aceptación de las historias de usuario

Funciones Clave:

  • Participar en reuniones con otros pares de negocio y tecnología, analistas de negocio, product owners, líderes técnicos, ingenieros de devops, etc
  • Participar activamente en las ceremonias de Sprint Planning
  • Participar activamente en los daily standups y comunicar avances e impedimentos .
  • Participar activamente en la ceremonia de Review al finalizar el sprint.
  • Participar activamente en la ceremonia de Retrospectiva para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
  • Validar que las historias de usuario cumplan con los criterios de aceptación previamente definidos.
  • Ejecutar el plan de pruebas funcionales a nivel sistema para validar integralmente la solución desarrollada.
  • Identificar y reportar por medio de tickets en JIRA los incidentes o eventualidades que se presenten en la ejecución de pruebas integrales de sistema.
  • Identificar las necesidades de datos de prueba.
  • Ejecutar pruebas de humo durante el deployment a ambientes de UAT y Producción.
  • Documentar ciclos de ejecución en la herramienta de gestión de pruebas.
  • Definir y gestionar ambientes de pruebas.
  • Participar en actividades de pruebas y liberaciones a producción.

Requerimientos:

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería en Computación y afines.
  • Experiencia de mínimo 3 años en gestión de pruebas y defectos
  • Experiencia de 2 años en pruebas ágiles: pruebas exploratorias, cuadrantes de pruebas ágiles, ATDD/BDD
  • Sólido conocimiento de fundamentos de pruebas:técnicas (caja negra, caja blanca, basadas enexperiencia), tipos (funcionales, no funcionales,regresión), niveles (unitario, integración, sistema yaceptación).
  • Experiencia de 3 años realizando pruebas de APIs.
  • Experiencia de 3 años realizando pruebas a nivelfront-end (web y móvil).
  • Experiencia de 3 años en el manejo degestionadores de bases de datos SQL.
  • Experiencia de 1 año en el manejo de Jmeter
  • Conocimiento en automatización pruebas con enfoques guiado por datos(data-driven), o guiadopor palabras clave (keyword-driven), patrones dediseño. (deseable)
  • Conocimiento en servicios de AWS como Lambda,Cloudwatch, EC2, ECS, Dynamo, Redshift. (deseable)
  • Certificación en AWS Practitioner o relacionadas.(deseable)
  • Certificación en SCRUM (deseable)
