Ready to turn pricing data into winning business decisions while enjoying a flexible remote work environment? As a Pricing Analyst at UniFirst Corporation, you will support the Sales and Service Teams in a very deadline driven environment, with detailed and complex RFP’s, proposals, cost savings analysis, pricing sheets, competitor price comparisons, selecting product, and contract schedules . Responsibilities: Read and comprehend complex and detailed RFP pricing documents to identify customer requirements. Reviewing existing customer pricing and comparing it against standardized pricing templates. Work with large datasets to analyze, validate, and translate pricing and account information into actionable insights. Based on requirements, work with Sales/Service Team to identify products and pricing strategy needed to secure business. Analyze competitors by mapping pricing insights gathered directly from Sales teams. Finalize product selection and pricing based on approved strategy, preapproved guidelines or by seeking Executive approval. Complete all RFP/Proposal pricing documents. Work with RFP/Proposal Team to submit final documents. Create contract schedules from proposals. Present pricing analysis, proposals, and recommendations to groups of 10–15 stakeholders. Miscellaneous task as needed. Special Projects Requirements: Strong English proficiency (B2+) is a must-have. Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is a must-have. 1-3 years in a sales support, pricing analysis, deadline driven, pricing proposal role is preferred. Remote from Medellin or Bogota . Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. Proven experience reviewing, interpreting, and responding to RFPs. Experience working with large datasets (15+ data sources). Solve problems creatively and think outside the box, since every customer request is different. Work in a fast-paced, very deadline driven environment. Quantitatively orientated with strong orientation towards analytic work, details, precision and problem solving. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with the sales and service teams. Comfortable working independently and with all levels of management.
