Job Description Boston Heart Diagnostics is seeking a talented Full Stack .NET Software Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain high-quality software solutions across the full stack, with a strong emphasis on .NET development, API design, and backend services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable systems within the U.S. clinical diagnostics space. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using the Microsoft .NET stack and supporting technologies. Build and maintain RESTful APIs that integrate with internal and external systems. Develop, update, and troubleshoot Windows Services to support background processing and automation. Write efficient SQL queries, create and update stored procedures, and optimize database performance in SQL Server. Work collaboratively within a team across the entire development lifecycle to develop and integrate high-quality deliverables. Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience. Proficiency with .NET MVC and the broader .NET ecosystem. Strong experience with SQL Server, including writing and optimizing SQL queries. Hands‑on experience with Git for source control and team collaboration. Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming and software engineering best practices. A customer‑service mindset with a strong desire to provide excellent end‑user experiences. Preferred Qualifications (Optional) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. Knowledge of front‑end frameworks such as Bootstrap, React, or Angular. Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
