About The Role We are seeking a Marketing Designer who combines strong creative skills with a performance‑oriented mindset. This is not a media buying role. The ideal candidate will design static, video, and motion assets and collaborate closely with marketing to produce materials that are visually compelling and conversion‑driven. We value designers who challenge ideas, propose improvements, and understand how their work directly supports business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Design static and video ads for Meta, LinkedIn, and Google. Create landing pages, email templates, and sales decks. Develop visuals for social media and blog content. Edit videos and produce motion graphics. Occasionally implement designs in Framer (a plus, not required). Collaborate with marketing and copywriting teams and provide constructive feedback. Requirements 3+ years in a design role (agency or in‑house). Strong portfolio demonstrating campaigns, ads, and marketing assets (SaaS experience strongly preferred). Proficiency in Figma. Ability to create illustrations (Figma, Illustrator, or similar). Video and motion design skills (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, Jitter, etc.). Fluent English and comfortable in client‑facing calls. SaaS/tech industry experience preferred. Framer experience is a plus. Who You Are You value performance as much as aesthetics.
