Our division in Colombia is looking for a Senior Reconciliation Analyst. Position Summary The Reconciliation Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records through the reconciliation of accounts, billing, and customer payments. This role plays a critical part in identifying discrepancies, investigating variances, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities Perform reconciliations of billing, customer payments, bank accounts, and other financial transactions on a regular basis. Investigate discrepancies, analyze root causes, and propose corrective actions. Provide timely reports and escalate unresolved issues to management when necessary. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations, etc.) to resolve reconciliation‑related issues and improve data accuracy. Support process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance reconciliation efficiency. Document reconciliation procedures and maintain updated records for audit purposes. Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing activities. Serve as a key point of contact between Finance and IT for reconciliation‑related system issues. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience in reconciliations, accounting, or financial analysis. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/financial systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams. Intermediate level of English.
