Role Overview We’re looking for a hands-on Shopify & Klaviyo Specialist to support ongoing e-commerce and lifecycle marketing initiatives. This is a part-time role (20 hours per week) for someone who can balance email marketing execution with practical Shopify store updates, working closely with a small, fast-moving team. Key Responsibilities Set up, launch, and manage Klaviyo email campaigns and automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.). Build and maintain Klaviyo segments and monitor performance metrics to optimize engagement and conversions. Edit and optimize the Shopify store, including creating landing pages, adjusting layouts, and making UI/UX improvements (e.g., moving buttons, updating sections). Ensure smooth integration between email marketing initiatives and the Shopify customer journey. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support promotions, launches, and ongoing optimization efforts. Requirements Proven hands-on experience with Klaviyo (campaigns and flows built from scratch). Strong working knowledge of Shopify , including page creation and theme customization (no-code or light code). Balanced skill set across both platforms (approximately 50% Klaviyo / 50% Shopify). Experience working with DTC or e-commerce brands. Comfortable working independently in a remote, part-time setup. Strong attention to detail and a performance-oriented mindset. Nice to Have Experience with CRO, UX, or landing page optimization. Familiarity with analytics and reporting to inform decisions. Previous work with lean teams or early-stage/growth brands.
