With timeless style and legendary service, Four Seasons is shaping Cartagena’s new cultural focal point.**Acerca del rol:**El/la Gerente de restaurante se encarga de garantizar la satisfacción completa de las expectativas de nuestros huéspedes y clientes, creando experiencias épicas, innovadoras y de temporada. Así mismo, se encarga de cumplir los objetivos de calidad, financieros, higiene, formación y de fomentar un ambiente laboral basado en la filosofía de Four Seasons**Lo que vas a hacer:*** Garantizar la secuencia de servicio establecida según los estándares de FS durante el servicio.* Controlar los tiempo del pase de comida garantizando la comunicación entre servicio y cocina, así como tiempos de entregas.* Actuar como punto de contacto para los huéspedes, gestión de quejas y resolución de problemas* Elaboración de horarios y asignación de turnos.* Controlar los inventarios y comandas.* Asegurar los briefings y formaciones diarias.* Implementar estrategias de marketing, ventas y visibilidad online.* Elaboración de presupuestos y forecast* Diseño de cartas de cócteles, vinos y maridajes premium.* Garantizar las capacitaciones y sesiones de entrenamiento realizadas por FS* Conocer y ejecutar las directrices de seguridad e higiene dentro del servicio y del turno de trabajo, motivando a otros a hacer lo mismo.**Requisitos*** Profesional en hotelería y Turismo o áreas afines o 10 años de experiencia equivalente.* Certificación en algunas de la siguientes: Mixología o Enología. (Deseable).* **Inglés avanzado*** Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en servicio de restaurantes de alta calidad como gerente o 2 años como gerente general en entornos de alta demanda.* Experiencia mínima de 3 años gestionando objetivos de ventas y rentabilidad, manejando presupuestos, forecast y costes operativos en restaurantes.* Experiencia en la implementación de estándares de servicio como Forbes o LQA.* Experiencia gestionando inventario de carnes premium y vinos de alta gama.
