Pre & Post Route Operations Coordinator Location: Veho Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia. About The Role As a Daytime Coordinator within the Pre & Post Route Operations organization, you will support driver partners with inquiries about payment, routes, accounts, and a variety of other topics. You will also support our Ground Ops and Logistics organizations, serving as a central support center for making necessary package and route adjustments live. Compensation & Schedule $7 USD per hour (converted to COP based on current exchange rates), 40 hours per week. Schedules start at various times; all schedules include work on weekends and holidays and 5 shifts & 2 days off per week. Target start date: January 7th, 2026. What You’ll Do First point of contact for driver issues and internal team needs. Solve complex problems with a focus on detail to serve both driver partners and internal operations teams. Respond to emails; review background checks and handle internal request tasks. Assist, as needed, with responsibilities outside the normal day‑to‑day tasks. Work with Veho management to develop and implement new processes and improvements to existing processes. Work well in a fast‑paced environment that at times has high incoming email/chat volumes. Excellent verbal and written communication. Detail orientation. Experience with Zendesk, Chekr, Slack (nice to have). Important Note This opportunity is based in Bogotá, Colombia and offers the chance to partner with Veho as we expand globally. This engagement will begin under a contractor arrangement.
