Technical Support Engineer (Real Estate) Ingeniero en Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Sistemas o afines (Graduado o Estudiando). Experiencia mínima de 1 año en mismo puesto similar, haciendo soporte y monitoreo nivel 1 a redes FTTH. Disponibilidad de horario para turnos rotativos de 7/24x365 Certificación/Estudios en CCNA o Network Essentials Conocimientos básicos de red y monitoreo (Ethernet, IP, Sistema de tickets, FTTH). Habilidad para comunicarse de manera clara y efectiva con diferentes equipos, tanto oral como escrita. Capacidad analitica Trabajo en equipo Actitud/Disposición al cambio, y crecimiento profesional Capacidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos, incluyendo noches, fines de semana y días festivos Enrutamiento estático y diagnóstico de rutas. ACS (Access Control Server) y principios de control de acceso. Fundamentos de switching, VLANs y análisis de tráfico. Conocimiento operativo de herramientas de monitoreo como Zabbix, Grafana o similares. Capacidad para trabajar con sistemas Linux a nivel de comandos y análisis básico. Funciones Apertura, seguimiento y cierre de incidencias mediante tickets Seguimiento y mediación de los incidentes/problemas escalados Documentación y actualización detallada de los trabajos realizados y de los procesos operativos. Priorización y clasificación de incidentes Comunicación efectiva con los equipos de soporte de nivel superior y otras áreas técnicas según sea necesario Supervisar en tiempo real la red, los enlaces y los sistemas de la plataforma mediante herramientas de monitoreo y gestión. Analizar y responder ante eventos o anomalías en la red, ejecutando acciones correctivas o coordinando su resolución. Aplicar procedimientos técnicos para asegurar la estabilidad de los servicios y la detección oportuna de fallas. Realizar tareas periódicas de revisión de logs, chequeo de integridad, verificación de rutas y disponibilidad de servicios. Colaborar con otros equipos técnicos para la atención de incidentes complejos, aportando datos, diagnósticos y seguimiento. Documentar eventos relevantes, acciones técnicas tomadas y proponer mejoras a los procedimientos operativos existentes #J-18808-Ljbffr
