Engineering Project Manager

Overview As a Project Manager , you will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver ambitious projects from inception through completion, aligning engineering, industrialization, logistics, and client expectations to achieve successful outcomes. What You’ll Do Lead & Supervise Projects – Manage multiple technical projects from initiation to completion, meeting quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) goals. Plan, schedule, and allocate resources to ensure timely and on-budget delivery. Integrate Development with Industrialization – Collaborate with engineering and operations to refine manufacturing workflows and guide the handoff from design to production; act as a point of contact for flight operations to ensure seamless execution. Manage Logistics & Industrialization Operations – Lead logistics operations to ensure smooth production workflows and streamlined industrialization efforts. Conduct risk assessments – Identify potential risks, analyze probability and severity, and define mitigation measures to keep projects on track. Ensure Testing Excellence – Oversee product testing, validation, and qualification phases; analyze results and implement corrective actions when necessary. Be the Client’s Go-To Expert – Act as the technical interface for clients, ensuring their needs are met while keeping them informed about progress, milestones, and adjustments. Contribute to Winning Tenders – Collaborate with the sales team to prepare technical proposals and cost estimates that meet customer expectations. Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, electronics, or project management. Technical background in Aerospace, UAV or similar. 6+ years of experience in technical project management or industrialization, preferably in an industrial or technological environment. Deep knowledge of industrial processes, testing methods, logistics, and industrialization challenges. Strong project management skills, with expertise in tools like MS Project. Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with both internal teams and clients. A sharp, analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make quick, effective decisions.
