Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Serve as a tier-3 escalation point for complex network-related issues, providing independent troubleshooting and collaborating with the IT team as needed.

  • Document network configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices to facilitate knowledge-sharing and compliance.

Vendor & Project Management:

  • Coordinate with vendors to procure, install, and maintain network equipment and software for both La Vega and Santiago sites.

  • Lead and manage network projects, from setup to deployment, integrating emerging technologies with minimal oversight.

Experience:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in complex network environments, capable of independently managing multi-site infrastructure.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

  • Extensive hands-on experience with SonicWall firewalls and Ubiquiti network hardware.

  • Proficiency with LogicMonitor and SonicWall NSM for proactive monitoring and management across multiple locations.

  • Proficiency in both physical and virtual server environments.

Language & Communication:
  • Fluency in English is essential, as the candidate will regularly communicate with our U.S.-based team to coordinate network strategies, troubleshooting, and project updates.

Compensation & Schedule
  • Full-time position with a 40-hour workweek and on-call availability for emergencies across both sites.
