Estamos buscando para nuestro equipo en Colombia a nuestro/a próximo/a Customer Support Agent, donde su principal responsabilidad es atender las solicitudes de nuestros clientes vía Chat y Mail.

Ser el punto de contacto de los clientes del segmento Enterprise, brindando soporte y solución a sus inquietudes.

Funciones a desarrollar
  1. Atender las solicitudes de nuestros clientes vía Chat y Mail.

¿Qué necesitamos en cuanto a experiencia?

  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia como Soporte.
  • Uso Intermedio de Excel: fórmulas, tablas dinámicas, cruces.
  • Experiencia en atención a clientes.
  • Atención de solicitudes vía diversas plataformas.
  • Conocimientos en Soporte TI (Deseable).
