Estamos buscando para nuestro equipo en Colombia a nuestro/a próximo/a Customer Support Agent, donde su principal responsabilidad es atender las solicitudes de nuestros clientes vía Chat y Mail.
Modalidad ¿Cuál es el objetivo de este rol?Ser el punto de contacto de los clientes del segmento Enterprise, brindando soporte y solución a sus inquietudes.
Funciones a desarrollar- Atender las solicitudes de nuestros clientes vía Chat y Mail.
¿Qué necesitamos en cuanto a experiencia?
- Al menos 1 año de experiencia como Soporte.
- Uso Intermedio de Excel: fórmulas, tablas dinámicas, cruces.
- Experiencia en atención a clientes.
- Atención de solicitudes vía diversas plataformas.
- Conocimientos en Soporte TI (Deseable).
