Role We are seeking a confident, experienced Marketing Design Lead to own and elevate the visual direction of the company and its affiliated divisions. This role sits within the Marketing team and plays a critical part in delivering high-end, brand-aligned creative across web, digital, social, and multimedia channels. Much of the heavy lifting, including brand strategy, positioning, and creative systems, is already in place. We are not building a large creative department. Instead, we need a strong, decisive design leader who can step in, uphold standards, manage deliverables, and push work across the finish line. You will own creative direction, provide clear feedback, and ensure all marketing design outputs reflect a premium, modern brand presence. Execution is supported by internal and external resources. This role is about leading, not doing everything solo. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing design, with 2+ years in a leadership role. Strong portfolio of digital and brand marketing work. Experience giving structured feedback and approvals to other designers. Comfortable managing timelines, deliverables, and quality without micromanagement. Working knowledge of Figma (viewing, commenting, approving). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools such as ClickUp. Ability to lead within a lean, fast-moving team. Preferred: Experience working across multiple brands or divisions elevating a brand to a more premium visual identity. Exposure to B2B, industrial, or manufacturing industries. Familiarity with multimedia such as video or podcast and cross-platform marketing assets Responsibilities 1.Creative Direction & Brand Leadership Lead the translation of marketing campaigns and messaging into polished, effective creative. Maintain and refine the visual identity across all touchpoints to support brand trust and lead generation. Set and enforce brand standards across internal and external contributors. Make final calls on marketing visuals, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with objectives. 2.Design Oversight & Execution Management Oversee design work across team members and external vendors. Coordinate priorities and timelines in collaboration with the Executive Assistant and executive leadership. Review and approve assets across web, digital, email, social, and multimedia. Keep projects moving with clear, direct communication and feedback. 3.UX/UI Review from a Marketing Lens Review and provide feedback on website and digital product designs to ensure brand alignment Use Figma to view files, leave comments, and approve outputs Support conversion goals through marketing-informed design decisions without owning UX strategy. 4.Systems, Tools & Workflow Work within established brand systems and design libraries. Use Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and ClickUp to manage and review creative assets. Support efficient workflows without building processes from scratch. 5.Accountability & Collaboration Hold all design contributors accountable to brand and delivery standards. Collaborate with marketing, content, and leadership teams to ensure creative aligns with campaign and business goals.
