The role focuses on the development, technical leadership and continuous improvement of Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) and its integration with other enterprise platforms.

You will work across core business capabilities including Incentive Compensation, Service Contracts and Installed Base, while also contributing to integrations, customisations, data migration, reporting and performance optimisation.

This is a hands-on technical leadership position. You will not only develop and review solutions, but also help shape the technical approach, guide other engineers and work closely with architects, product teams and business stakeholders.

You will work in a cross-functional engineering environment alongside senior engineers, technical architects, product teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead Oracle EBS SCM & CRM as the functional and technical domain expert, driving implementation, transformation, optimization, modernization, and continuous improvement.

Lead SCM across Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, BOM, Shipping, Logistics, Manufacturing & Planning, and CRM across Incentive Compensation, Service Contracts, Installed Base & Customer Service.

Own integrations, APIs, Open Interfaces, customizations, data migration, and enterprise architecture, with technical oversight of SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow, reporting, analytics, and performance optimization.

Translate business requirements into scalable solutions across O2C, P2P, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Customer Service, while guiding developers, architects, IT teams, business stakeholders, and system integrators.

Drive process automation, simplification, data quality, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the Oracle EBS landscape.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite , with substantial experience across SCM and CRM.
• Proven experience leading large-scale Oracle EBS implementations, transformations, or modernization programs .
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle EBS SCM.
• Strong experience with Oracle EBS CRM and related customer service processes.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end enterprise processes, including:
  • Order-to-Cash
  • Procure-to-Pay
  • Inventory and Logistics
  • Manufacturing / Planning
  • Customer Service
• Strong experience with Oracle EBS integrations and enterprise application architecture.
• Experience working with internal development teams, business stakeholders, and external system integrators.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and make architecture and solution decisions.
