Descripción del puesto Estamos en búsqueda de un Líder Técnico hands‑on con amplia experiencia en desarrollo .NET Core / .NET 6+ (C#) y arquitectura en la nube Azure, capaz de diseñar soluciones empresariales seguras y escalables mientras lidera equipos técnicos. El candidato ideal debe dominar la implementación de microservicios con Docker y Kubernetes (AKS), gestión de infraestructura mediante Terraform o Bicep, y tener sólidos conocimientos en patrones de diseño (SOLID, GoF) y arquitecturas modernas como Microservicios, CQRS y Event‑Driven. Se requiere experiencia en optimización de bases de datos SQL Server/Azure SQL, integración de pipelines CI/CD en Azure DevOps, y prácticas de seguridad (OWASP, OAuth2, OIDC). Además, se valorará conocimiento funcional en React.js y React Native, experiencia con Azure Databricks y gobernanza de datos con Unity Catalog, así como habilidades de liderazgo para mentoría, revisiones de código y gestión de stakeholders. Diseñar arquitecturas empresariales seguras y escalables en Azure. Liderar equipos técnicos y participar activamente en desarrollo. Optimizar costos operativos en la nube y garantizar calidad del código. Traducir conceptos técnicos para stakeholders no técnicos. Información adicional Ubicación: Bogotá y alrededores (híbrido).
