The Role Cloud Managed (CMN) is seeking an AI Transformation & Delivery Lead to drive the adoption of AI across our managed services, infrastructure delivery, and internal operations , while also supporting client-facing AI transformation initiatives within CMN’s core markets (including K–12, public sector, and enterprise infrastructure environments). This is a senior, hands-on role for someone with real-world AI transformation experience —someone who has helped organizations move from manual, people-heavy operations to AI-enabled, data-driven operating models . The role blends operational transformation, delivery leadership, and commercial support , and will work closely with Umbrella leadership and sister companies (including Tidal Commerce and Apsis). Key Objectives Transform CMN’s internal delivery and managed services operations using AI-enabled workflows, automation, and analytics Lead and support client-facing AI initiatives focused on infrastructure operations, IT service delivery, and operational efficiency Support sales and pre-sales efforts by shaping pragmatic AI transformation offerings tailored to CMN’s client base Responsibilities Internal AI & Operations Transformation Design and implement AI-enabled solutions across areas such as: Service desk and ticket triage Incident management and root-cause analysis Capacity planning and predictive maintenance Asset management, monitoring, and reporting Embed AI into delivery and support processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability Define repeatable playbooks, standards, and governance for applying AI within CMN operations Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Leadership to pilot, validate, and operationalize AI-driven initiatives Mentor delivery managers and technical leads on applying AI responsibly within managed services environments Client Delivery & AI Transformation Leadership Lead or support AI transformation initiatives for CMN clients, particularly in infrastructure-heavy and operationally complex environments Translate client operational challenges into pragmatic AI use cases with clear business value and implementation paths Ensure AI solutions are production-ready, secure, and aligned with client compliance, governance, and operating constraints Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders across IT, operations, and leadership teams Support client change management related to AI adoption, including process redesign, training, and operational readiness Sales & Pre-Sales Enablement Partner with CMN Sales and Umbrella leadership to shape AI-enabled managed services and infrastructure offerings Participate in discovery sessions, solution design, and proposal development for AI-related opportunities Help qualify AI opportunities by assessing client readiness, data maturity, and operational fit Contribute to internal enablement materials, case studies, and thought leadership related to AI in managed services and infrastructure Required Experience & Qualifications 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, IT operations, managed services, or digital transformation roles Demonstrated experience leading AI-driven or automation-led transformations in production environments Strong understanding of how AI can be applied to operational and infrastructure contexts, including: Workflow automation and intelligent routing Predictive analytics and anomaly detection AI-assisted support, monitoring, and reporting Experience leading cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, and delivery Proven ability to translate operational pain points into scalable, AI-enabled solutions with measurable impact Strong client-facing skills, with experience engaging senior technical and operational stakeholders Nice to Have Exposure to AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices Experience supporting sales cycles and executive-level presentations What Success Looks Like Partnered with Sales to land and deliver AI-enabled transformation initiatives for new and existing clients CMN’s internal operations and managed services delivery are measurably more efficient due to AI-enabled processes AI initiatives move beyond automation experiments into reliable, production-ready operational capabilities Clients view CMN as a forward-looking, pragmatic partner in applying AI to real-world infrastructure and operational challenges Why Join Cloud Managed Networks Opportunity to modernize and scale a growing managed services organization using AI Direct influence on both internal operations and client-facing transformation initiatives Work on practical, high-impact AI use cases grounded in real operational environments Collaborative culture with strong ties across the Umbrella group of companies The Pay Range For This Role Is 150,000 - 250,000 CAD per year (Remote, Canada) #J-18808-Ljbffr
