En Vanguard Vision AI ya pasamos la etapa de "ver si esto funciona". Tenemos contratos firmados y proyectos de gran escala listos para implementarse en infraestructuras críticas del país. Lo que nos falta es el arquitecto que quiera diseñar, desde la primera línea de código, el núcleo inteligente que va a soportar todo esto. No buscamos a alguien para conectar APIs de terceros ni para hacer mantenimiento. Buscamos a un Founding Engineer para construir de cero nuestra arquitectura de grafos y entrenar modelos de Machine Learning propios. Queremos a alguien que sepa lo que es diseñar sistemas que no pueden fallar y que procesan relaciones de datos complejas en tiempo real. Construir desde cero: Vas a diseñar la base de nuestra red de inteligencia. Sin código heredado, sin parches. Modelos propios: Aquí no venimos a llamar a la API de OpenAI. Venimos a entrenar y desplegar modelos que entiendan el contexto de infraestructuras masivas. Backbone nacional: Tu trabajo será la columna vertebral de proyectos que afectan a miles de personas en sectores estratégicos. Lo que hay sobre la mesa: Vesting (Equity): Queremos socios, no empleados. Vas a tener una participación real en la empresa. Tracción real: Tenemos los clientes y los contratos. Aquí no hay incertidumbre de mercado, hay un reto de ejecución. Autonomía absoluta: Tú diseñas la arquitectura y eliges el stack. Yo me encargo de que tengas el camino libre para ejecutar.
