What You'll Do:

  • Manage menu updates, ensuring accuracy across descriptions, pricing, and online platforms.
  • Use Adobe InDesign & Photoshop to create menus, posters, and marketing materials.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews on platforms like Yelp, Google Reviews, and TripAdvisor, ensuring a strong brand reputation.
  • Oversee Net Promoter Score (NPS) reports and customer satisfaction data.
  • Coordinate POS menu changes and collaborate with IT for updates.
  • Develop engaging email marketing campaigns for all our restaurant brands.
  • Maintain and update restaurant information, promotions, and visuals across online platforms.
  • Work closely with operations and training teams to support menu launches and marketing initiatives.
  • This role may be asked to perform other duties and special projects as requested by management.

What We're Looking For:

  • Remote position based in the Metropolitan Area of Bogotá, Colombia
  • Fluent in English & Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe InDesign (Photoshop & Illustrator preferred)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Digital marketing expertise: SEO, SEM, web analytics, online reputation management
  • Understanding of menu engineering best practices & HTML is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or business—or equivalent hands-on experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role

Salary Range: COP 4M - 5M a month
