Who We’re Looking For We are seeking experienced developers and technical experts (5+ years) with hands‑on AI tools experience, a proven track record in tech leadership or mentoring, and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, detail‑oriented, able to work independently, and can commit 10‑15 hours per week to creating educational content for professional developers. Available Positions Author: AI‑Assisted Programming Course – creating comprehensive content on AI tools integration for software developers across various specializations Author: AI for QA Course – developing educational materials on AI‑powered testing, automation, and quality assurance workflows Author: Cybersecurity for AI Systems Course – designing content on securing AI systems, addressing vulnerabilities, and implementing security best practices Your Responsibilities Collaborate to create a course structure that satisfies the target audience’s needs. Create learning objectives for each content module together with instructional designers. Write clear, concise, and comprehensive content for lessons, manuals, guides, synchronous online session outlines, and assessments. Several iterations may be necessary. Participate as a speaker in learning videos. Design the final project for the course. Ensure all content meets industry standards and aligns with the courses’ objectives. Analyze student feedback and iteratively improve content. Optionally teach synchronous online learning sessions (paid separately). Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in software development, QA engineering, or cybersecurity. Hands‑on experience with AI tools and successful implementation cases. Proven track record in tech leadership, conference participation, or mentoring. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Desire to share knowledge and explain complex concepts. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Commit 10‑15 hours per week. Nice to Have Experience as a Technical Writer, Editor, or Author. Experience teaching or creating educational content. Personal experience as a student in online courses. Interest in instructional design and education.
