This team manages Visa’s global network of business partners who provide essential services and support major construction and other projects across our facilities. In this role, you’ll work closely with leaders around the world to ensure smooth operations between Visa and its partners – helping manage contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and service performance. Work with team members to manage the full lifecycle of purchase orders — from creation to payment — for both operating and capital expenses, ensuring everything aligns with contracts and statements of work. Make sure partners meet agreed‑upon service levels before payments are released. Support regional leaders by flagging and helping resolve any issues or discrepancies in partner performance or contract terms. Collaborate with teams across Corporate Services, Finance, Procurement, and Legal, as well as external vendors, to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges. Facilitate the onboarding of new suppliers, using tools (including AI) to summarize key contract terms and track performance against commitments. Use systems like Ariba and Oracle (or similar ERP platforms) to manage procurement workflows and data. Keep documentation organized and up to date to support team efficiency and audit readiness. Ability to communicate effectively with strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in a global environment with different cultures and backgrounds. Desire to enhance efficiency, accuracy and data integrity (attention to detail). Able to independently manage projects under the guidance of team leaders. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple levels of the organization up to Vice President across multiple European markets. Establishes self as go‑to person in corporate services and shares expertise with other team members, internal and external clients as necessary. Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Familiarity with Ariba, Oracle, or similar procurement systems. Experience with operational or performance reporting.
