Where no two days are the same Your Role Provide technical support for customers experiencing issues with: (Remote Access VPN (SSL/IPsec), Site-to-Site VPN tunnels, Cisco ASA and FTD firewalls, Cisco Secure Client (AnyConnect)) Basic routing and switching Perform initial triage, log analysis, packet captures, and configuration reviews. Guide customers through troubleshooting in real time via phone, email, or chat. Document detailed case notes, solutions, and troubleshooting steps. Collaborate with senior TAC engineers and escalation teams when needed. Maintain high levels of professionalism, communication, and customer satisfaction. Continuously learn Cisco technologies through labs, training, and certifications. Your Profile CCNA certification or equivalent CCNA-level knowledge. At least 6 months of IT help desk, service desk, or technical support experience.
