Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager – develop and manage influencer and affiliate programs for our clients. This role combines relationship building, content coordination, and performance tracking to ensure every partnership drives measurable results. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing team to guide strategy, manage end‑to‑end campaigns, and maintain ongoing communication with creators. Responsibilities Develop and execute influencer and affiliate marketing strategies for multiple brands Identify, vet, and onboard influencers and affiliate partners across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blogs, etc.) Negotiate contracts, set deliverables, and manage campaign timelines Collaborate with clients to develop briefs, content direction, posting and schedules Track and analyze campaign results, preparing performance reports and insights Manage influencer databases, affiliate links, and performance dashboards Maintain long‑term relationships with key partners and creators Stay current on social media trends, influencer marketing tools, and emerging best practices Requirements Experience in influencer, affiliate, or social media marketing and platforms Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple clients and deadlines What We Offer A collaborative and inclusive work culture in the heart of Medellín.
