Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales organisation with both direct and indirect channels Own the regional P&L and ensure strong delivery on market share, profitability, and growth targets Coordinate, plan, and execute impactful sales and marketing strategies Oversee national product launches, sales force programmes, and long‑term strategic planning Manage pricing, discount approvals, resource allocation, logistics, and sales reporting Build cross‑functional collaboration across commercial, marketing, logistics, finance, and clinical teams Act as a strategic voice in the market engaging customers, shaping commercial approaches, and driving brand leadership Ensure operational excellence in compliance, waste segregation, and organisational processes What You Bring 10+ years of commercial experience (Sales + Marketing) within medical devices Proven success as a Business Unit Leader, Commercial Director, or Regional Sales Manager Strong direct selling background, ideally within orthopaedics or surgical technologies Fluent in Spanish & English (Italian is a plus) Track record of delivering market share growth and hitting financial commitments Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and scale high‑achieving sales teams Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L oversight Excellent communicator, collaborator, and cross‑functional influencer Who Thrives Here Hard‑working winners who are competitive, focused, and persistent Dedicated achievers who thrive in fast‑paced environments Effective communicators who build trust and clarity with stakeholders Collaborative partners who unite teams and ideas to drive results What's On Offer €80 K‑150 K base salary + 25 % annual bonus + company car + full benefits package Flat hierarchies and genuine ownership of your business Exceptional career development, with both vertical and lateral progression opportunities A culture of recognition, reward, and global visibility Flexible working to support work‑life balance Opportunity to lead in one of the most exciting, fast‑growing regions in Europe #J-18808-Ljbffr
