Last Mile Incident Response Operations Manager I

Amazon in South Carolina seeks an Acting LMIR Operations Manager I to lead the Last Mile Incident Response teams. You will define the vision, direction, and culture for 10-15 direct reports, creating processes, metrics, and tools to scale as the team grows and matures.

You will ensure specialists deliver world class service within the Escalations ecosystem, partner with Capacity Planning and QA, and drive Kaizen events to improve customer experience and performance across the business.
