How You’ll Impact Our Ecosystem Perform information analysis of the assigned business line. Support the construction of KPIs in each area. Build and deliver standard reports. Identify possible problems that may be holding back growth and generate alerts. Responsibilities Use business acumen and key insights to proactively explore new opportunities, coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and lead changes to production, monitor metrics, develop and propose new metrics. Drive strategic analytics and insights by interacting with stakeholders, delivering customer‑centric data‑driven deep dives and insights at scale. Focus on incrementality and value‑creation; drive insights on customer behavior, acquisition, retention, product mix, sales and propositions across membership types and marketing channels. Communicate insights, identify new areas of opportunity that drive growth goals, and establish strong working relationships across functional teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Engineering or a related field with analytics and quantitative emphasis; MBA or Masters in Analytics preferred. 2+ years of relevant industry experience in Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics, Product Analytics, Data Science or Consulting. Expertise in scripting languages such as SQL & Python and related tools required for analysis. Strong theoretical and functional understanding of statistical and machine learning concepts and experience applying them to solve business problems at scale. Experience spearheading or supporting business initiatives through data‑driven decision frameworks, especially experimental A/B testing. Experience working with cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced environments and managing competing priorities. Experience developing visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Shiny. Demonstrated ability to dig into the “why” of results and present data‑driven insights and recommendations. Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to back assumptions and conduct root cause analyses. Ability to work in fast‑paced environments and communicate persuasively with diverse, cross‑cultural audiences. Fluent in English & Spanish (written & spoken).
