Complete at least two automation or process improvement initiatives within the first 90 days. Audit and refine Fulfil.io bank rules and mapping for accuracy. Variance & Profitability Analysis Conduct monthly variance analysis between actual and budgeted results. Provide leadership with actionable insights and recommendations. Support cost allocation and margin optimization decisions. Team Training & Collaboration Train team members on class assignments and financial best practices. Collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams on financial alignment. Maintain accurate communication and updates within Asana. Asana Management Maintain an organized Asana workspace, ensuring no more than 25% of tasks are overdue in any 30 days. Update comments and deadlines promptly when adjustments occur.
