Come be a part of our team You’ll work with great people, pioneering products and cutting-edge technology.**Lo que traerás:**The successful candidate must have (5) years of intensive experience working with Agile/Scrum work environment as a Product Owner, Technical BA or similar role with proven ability to deliver and quick to learn* Excellent understanding of Scrum principles and practices* Hands-on experience in using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office and flowcharts* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills* Solid communication skills across all levels of the organization and with international teams (B2 English desirable)* Experience working on micro-services and API based products is a plus* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a strong technical environment* Having a background on credit bureau platforms is desirable**Impacto que harás:**The Product Owner for Consumer Solutions team will work directly with product team to ensure business requirements are translated into product features or work items that can be developed and delivered by the tech team. This position will help with delivering product features per committed timeline to support business targets and drives the prioritization discussion with Center of Excellence (COE) Product & IT teams.***Responsibilities:**** Maintains ongoing awareness of key metrics relating to product health and performance, feature delivery validation, and customer journeys* As applicable, coordinates A/B tests, reporting and user research.**Support activities in feature development:*** Provide & share Epic scope under feature candidate ceremony* Assists the product owner team developing and executing on MVPs* Participating as needed in feature creation and solution blueprint**Decompose features:*** Create initial draft stories ahead of PI Planning* Work with the team to decompose features into grooming-ready stories with refined acceptance criteria, NFRs, test cases, and DoD**Responsible for the assigned backlog:*** Prioritize all work items for the sprint, including planned feature and enabler work (in collaboration with Technology owners), discovery stories/defects* Maintain backlog of “ready” groomed stories from committed features* Align technical viability of a proposed feature with the tech lead* Coordinate with Operations team production bugs prioritization**Support key activities and ceremonies:*** Synchronize frequently with product owner team to provide visibility on evolving implementation considerations* Observe and support team updates as needed (e.g., prioritization & criteria/scope questions, assessment of potential bugs).* Review bugs discovered and helped differentiate blocker vs non-blocker bugs based on acceptance criteria and consumer and technical impact.* Review completed stories, including reviewing demo of working software and capturing DoD/NFR affirmations from Tech Lead.* Accept stories that meet the definition of done* Active participant in: Grooming, PI, Sprint, Planning, Biweekly System Demos among othersThis is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Título de trabajo de TransUnion:Specialist III, Product Management#J-18808-Ljbffr
