For this reason, we are looking for our new GBS Procurement Ops – Procurement Intake – Jr Analyst . What will you do? Operate the Bank’s issue ticket management system to log, review, and resolve complex support issues related to Procurement Technology. Interact with other teams in the Bank or with Technical Teams to facilitate ticket resolution where required. Maintain and follow Standard Operating Procedures/Work Instructions documentation in conducting activities, paying strong attention to detail. Escalate issues to Lead, Sr. Analyst, and/or Manager, suppliers, or other internal stakeholders, and track to resolution. Identify platform issues or gaps and make improvement recommendations. What do you need? College Diploma, University Degree, or students in their last semesters in administrative areas. 6 to 12 months of experience in operations, help desk, customer service, business analysis, process improvement, or related fields. B2 level of English as you will work closely with our headquarters in Canada. Advanced level in Excel (write formulas, use lookup & references functions, logical functions, and text functions at a minimum). Intermediate level of PowerBI is a plus. Experience with helpdesk or procurement software is a plus.
