As our General Manager, you will be the guardian of our brand and a visionary leader who ensures the seamless operation of the hotel, driving a team toward excellence and delivering personalized, bespoke service that exceeds guest expectations. In This Role, You Will Oversees all aspects of the hotel’s operational strategy, ensuring flawless execution. Inspires and leads a passionate team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and empowerment. Champions the Sofitel brand, embedding luxury service philosophy and storytelling in every guest touchpoint. Drives commercial success with strong financial stewardship and innovative business strategies. Cultivates authentic connections with guests, partners, and the local community. Delivers an exceptional guest journey—personal, bespoke, and infused with French sophistication. Qualifications Proven success as a General Manager or senior leader within the luxury hotel segment. A deep understanding of 5-star service standards and discerning guest expectations. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sustainable results. Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to attract, build, and retain high-performing teams. Knowledge of the Colombia market and regulatory environment (desirable) or previous experience in Latin America. Experience within international hotel brands, ideally within the Accor Luxury portfolio. Spanish Speaker. Living Sofitel Express entrepreneurial spirit & leadership, can embody French Art de Vivre.
