Descripción del puesto In Bogotá, Colombia , we are seeking a Post Production Coordinator with over 4 years of experience in coordinating projects in the audiovisual sector. The mission will focus on ensuring the efficient and timely execution of post‑production projects, ensuring that deliverables meet client expectations and the producer’s quality standards. Responsabilidades Develop detailed schedules when receiving new projects, ensuring compliance with the agreed delivery dates. Constantly monitor the progress of tasks according to client needs and make adjustments as required. Ensure that projects are completed within the established deadlines without exceeding allocated times. Assist in preparing the budget for each project, ensuring that project costs remain within the estimated margins for execution. Plan each project considering the guidelines provided by the Executive Producer of Post‑Production. Track and ensure that billing for all projects in the post‑production area is recorded within the Group’s platforms, with support from the administrative and financial team. Maintain clear and transparent communication with clients, suppliers, and third parties involved in post‑production projects. Verify that all final deliverables meet specific requirements before official client delivery. Collaborate with different post‑production areas to ensure efficient use of resources and talent in each project. Cualificaciones Intermediate‑advanced knowledge of Excel. Ability to use Project Management tools like COR or similar. Agile Methodologies certification is desirable. Desirable B2+ English level.
