This role will be based in Bogotá, supporting Puerto Rico. It is a hybrid role, requiring at least three days a week in the office. You will manage a client portfolio, handle policy endorsements, billing, and maintain insurance programs, including policy activation, review, and confirmation. You will support a dynamic team serving Colombia and other LATAM countries on a new project. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of insurance clients, handling endorsements, billing, and policy maintenance (including inclusions, exclusions, modifications, and collections). Activate policy issuance, review, and confirm policies to ensure accuracy and compliance. Support the administration of insurance programs, ensuring timely updates and client satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and meet operational goals. Qualifications Technical, technologist, or professional degree in a relevant field. 1 to 2 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C). Intermediate Excel skills and advanced English proficiency. Knowledge of P&C insurance processes, including all-risk, cargo, liability, and IRF (excluding auto), with a focus on compliance and benefits. Desired Skills Experience working with insurance brokers and insurers. Strong critical thinking and results-oriented mindset.
