Position: Visual Merchandiser

Location: Barranquilla, Colombia - On-site (Availability to travel nationally and internationally)

Schedule: Full-time

Salary: Up to $5.000.000 COP Monthly (Based on experience)

Role Description

Rollback Ally is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our client's team. This role is essential for ensuring that the brand's visual identity and luxury aesthetic are consistently represented across all retail locations, pop-ups, and special events.

The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for developing and executing visual merchandising strategies , including store layouts, window displays, and product presentations. This role requires a strong eye for design, an understanding of fashion trends, and strategic planning skills to create immersive shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Strategy & Store Displays: Develop and execute bi-weekly window rotations and seasonal in-store displays following brand guidelines.

Store Openings & Special Events: Oversee visual merchandising for new store openings, pop-ups, activations, and renovations.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all retail locations maintain the brand's luxury aesthetic and merchandising standards.

Budget & Project Management: Manage assigned visual merchandising budgets and coordinate with external suppliers to optimize costs.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Retail Operations, Creative, and Marketing Teams to align visual merchandising with the company's vision.

Training & Development: Provide training to retail teams to ensure proper product placement and brand standards are maintained.

Trend Awareness & Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to enhance store presentation.

Data Analysis & Problem-Solving: Evaluate sales data and customer feedback to refine merchandising strategies and address challenges.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a visual merchandising role , preferably in luxury retail or high-end fashion .

Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish is required; knowledge of a third language is a plus.

Creativity & Trend Awareness: Strong ability to create compelling displays that align with brand identity and market trends.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite for visual planning and reporting.

Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to interpret sales data and customer insights to optimize merchandising strategies.

Strong Communication & Teamwork: Experience collaborating with retail teams, buyers, marketing departments, and external vendors .

Flexibility & Travel Availability: Must be available to travel nationally and internationally for store visits, openings, and projects.
