We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior AWS DevOps Engineer to join our remote team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure and software delivery pipelines. The ideal candidate will have experience with automation tools, containerization, and cloud computing platforms. Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain our infrastructure and software delivery pipelines Automate deployment processes using tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef Implement containerization using Docker and Kubernetes Manage cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of new features and applications Implement security protocols to protect data and systems Continuously improve infrastructure and processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps or a related field Expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC Strong understanding of automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby Experience with configuration management tools such as SaltStack or Terraform Expertise in implementing and managing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or Prometheus Experience in managing cloud computing platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at an upper-intermediate level Nice to have Experience with other cloud computing platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform Certification in AWS or related fields Knowledge big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark We offer International projects with top brands Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers Employee financial programs Paid time off and sick leave Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses Global career opportunities Volunteer and community involvement opportunities EPAM Employee Groups Award-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Engineering, Information Technology, and Business Development Industries Software Development, IT Services and IT Consulting, and Plastics Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
