What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be part of the Client Strategy team, working in lockstep with Marketing Directors to ensure marketing plans are built, executed, and delivered on schedule, on brand, and achieve clients' goals. Diving deep into each client’s brand, audience, goals, and competitive space. Creating and managing campaign calendars based on strategic objectives. Building clear marketing briefs and partnering with email, paid media, and brand teams to deliver on client goals. Leading client meetings to present updates, answer questions, and keep communication flowing smoothly. Overseeing ecommerce campaign launches to ensure seamless execution. Working with Marketing Directors to break down monthly plans into actionable tasks and realistic timelines. Managing deadlines, team capacity, and workflow to keep deliverables on track. What You’ll Bring 3–5+ years of hands‑on marketing experience creating and driving campaigns. Experience in ecommerce is a must. Familiarity with digital marketing, paid search/social, email marketing, SMS, content marketing, and social media. Proven track record of executing successful ecommerce marketing campaigns (paid, email, etc.). Superior communication skills, both internal and client‑facing. English C1. Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups (Creative, Media, Technical Delivery Specialists). Strong eye for brand and design.
