Visual & Brand Designer (AI-First) We’re helping VAU Nutrition LLC find a top candidate to join their team full-time for this role. You will build a global wellness brand's visual system, shaping its future with AI-first innovation. Compensation USD 1K – 1.3K/month (paid in COP at daily exchange rate). Location Remote: Colombia Mission of VAU Nutrition LLC VAU Nutrition is a U.S.-based, premium, evidence-led wellness brand built around daily rituals, clarity, and performance, aiming to become a globally recognized brand. What makes you a strong candidate Spanish – Fully fluent Advanced English (C1+) 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or digital art direction Experience with wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or premium DTC brands Advanced proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva Pro Hands‑on curiosity and usage of AI visual tools Strong independent judgment and ownership Key Responsibilities Visual Creation & Brand Execution – create carousels, infographics, reel covers, stories, newsletters, ads, inserts, banners, and assets for Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop, translating VAU’s pillars into cohesive visual outputs; build and maintain a scalable visual system (typography, grid, rhythm, color, texture, proportion) and design complementary physical materials when needed. Brand Thinking & Visual Strategy – contribute to VAU’s global brand evolution, research and analyze references across premium wellness, beauty, and luxury‑adjacent brands, collaborate on campaigns, launches, and omnichannel communication, propose concepts and directions with organic and commercial potential, and assess how design decisions affect engagement, retention, and conversion. Execution Speed & Operational Excellence – maintain consistent high‑quality output, operate with autonomy and focus, organize systems and assets in Figma, Drive, or Notion to support scale, and collaborate closely with content and copy roles; use AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Leonardo, Ideogram, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and production, building hybrid AI + human workflows and staying curious with emerging tools.
