In this role, you will own how developers learn, explore, and build with a modern API‑driven platform. You will create high‑quality documentation, tutorials, and sample applications that reduce time‑to‑first‑success, clarify integration paths, and showcase the platform’s capabilities. The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding with clear, developer‑focused communication. This role blends developer education, content architecture, and hands‑on collaboration with product and engineering teams to translate shipped features into clear, actionable, and engaging technical materials that drive adoption and usability. This position requires availability to work within the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone. Responsibilities Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to create and maintain clear, accurate, and developer‑friendly documentation. Produce high‑quality technical content, including API, SDK, and CLI documentation, code snippets, sample applications, tutorials, release notes, and developer‑focused changelog or blog posts. Build and evolve content strategy and information architecture to improve platform engagement, developer enablement, and adoption. Engage directly with developers at customer companies to gather feedback and continuously improve documentation quality and usability. Streamline and scale the documentation pipeline by leveraging AI tools, static site generators, and internal automation to accelerate content creation, updates, and maintenance.
