Requirements At least 1 year of previous experience in a managerial position; Academic qualification in Management is a plus; Previous experience in a Live Casino is a plus; Very good Office 365 and PC skills; Advanced level of English (spoken & written); Very good communicational and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment; Conflict management abilities; Leadership and mentoring skills; Availability to work 24/7 shifts; Responsibilities Maintaining supervision on Supervisors and Shufflers. Follows and supervises the updates and amendments concerning the Shuffling procedures. Provide the highest standards of professionalism and politeness towards the live casino audience. Flexible attitude to changing priorities, including changes to shifts and covering colleague absences if required. Attend training courses/workshops as required and strive to continually improve his/her own technical skills. To keep in order documentation for audit. To carry out any other duties that may be reasonably requested from time to time. Transmits to the management the player’s impression regarding their game experience. Suggests measurements of improving the player’s experience. Active participates in reaching the company’s targets. Mentoring and guiding subordinates that are members of their teams. Guide the new hired throughout the Probation Period Engage the senior dealers and guide them to become reliable mentors. Keeps track of subordinates and proactively works aiming to improve their KPIs and work ethics. Promptly decides measures to be taken to address unacceptable situations. Supports and offers feedback regarding any ongoing personal development plans made by the Line Manager. Reports to hierarchic superiors any kind of relevant feedback regarding subordinates and their needs. Holds practice sessions with the subordinates to improve their general performance. Ensures that subordinates have all the necessary knowledge regarding current standard operating procedures. Ensures that all the Internal Regulations are fully followed by all their subordinates and by all the members of the Department. Actively works on self-development and to enhance all subordinate’s knowledge, according to the line manager’s vision. Respecting the rules of the games and operating in compliance with the company’s standards and regulations. Leading workshops, training sessions and other activities that aim for company’s growth, excellency, and performance. The Shuffler TM is entirely responsible for the whole shift, when he is alone on the shifts if more SH TM on the same shift, they share the responsibilities of the entire Shift, including DV, Shufflers, Senior Shufflers, and Shuffler Supervisors.
