HubSpot Technical Operations

We are seeking a HubSpot Technical Operations & Project Specialist to support the technical setup, integration, and ongoing development of HubSpot across multiple platforms. This role focuses on executing configurations based on defined requirements, supporting data integrations, maintaining data integrity, tracking and managing project timelines, milestones, and dependencies across technical, QA, and marketing-related workstreams, coordinating system-related initiatives, and performing ongoing testing and quality assurance. Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Key Responsibilities HubSpot Technical Build & Configuration Build and configure HubSpot objects, properties, pipelines, and workflows based on provided specifications Execute technical requirements as documented by internal stakeholders Ensure configurations align with defined business rules and reporting needs Data Integration & Platform Support Support data ingestion into HubSpot from external platforms Assist with third-party integrations, syncs, and imports Execute field mapping, normalization, and record matching as defined Troubleshoot data sync and ingestion issues Data Management & Integrity Support B2B and B2C data management within HubSpot Maintain clean, accurate, and consistent records Assist with data cleanup, deduplication, and normalization Support Customer Service Portal data and workflows Testing & Quality Assurance Perform thorough testing and QA on technical configurations prior to release Validate data accuracy across objects, properties, pipelines, and workflows Test integrations and inbound data syncs across platforms Confirm expected behavior against documented requirements Identify, document, and communicate defects or inconsistencies Support fixes and re-testing prior to deployment Reporting Support Assist with reporting setup tied to integrated data sources Validate reporting outputs against source data Support dashboards and standard operational reports Export and prepare data as requested Project Coordination & Workflow Project manage execution across technical, QA, and marketing-related initiatives, ensuring alignment between teams Track timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables for cross-functional workstreams Coordinate tasks across HubSpot, connected platforms, and internal teams Execute work from documented requirements, task lists, and project plans Provide clear status updates and elevate risks or blockers impacting delivery Support phased rollouts and iterative system and process improvements Document work and progress using SmartSheets, Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets Required Qualifications Hands-on experience executing HubSpot technical implementations Experience supporting data integrations from external platforms Strong understanding of CRM data structures and relationships Experience executing field mapping, imports, and data normalization Strong testing and QA discipline Demonstrated project management experience across technical, QA, and marketing-adjacent initiatives is required Proficiency with Google Docs and Google Sheets Strong organizational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting U.S.-based teams Familiarity with Smartsheet or comparable project management tools Familiarity with HubSpot APIs, native integrations, or middleware tools Experience working in data-sensitive or regulated environments $13 - $14 an hour About 1840 & Company 1840 & Company is a global leader in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and remote talent solutions, dedicated to propelling businesses forward through our comprehensive suite of services.
