ROLE SUMMARY

El Health Representative es un rol de promoción de ventas basado en la ciencia, capaz de ofrecer un portafolio más amplio de contenidos. Este rol puede establecer contactos iniciales y puede transferir estos contactos hacia áreas de experticia o Account Managers sólo de forma reactiva. No es un rol del área médica, pero debe ser experto en la ciencia y el valor de nuestros productos basados en el documento actual de producto. Sin embargo, este rol no puede proporcionar a los clientes conocimientos científicos más amplios. El Health Representative se relaciona, apoya y educa a los HCP en nuestros productos a través de interacciones tanto físicas como virtuales.

El Health Representative puede orquestar los diferentes canales disponibles para la comunicación con profesionales de la salud. Es responsable de aumentar el conocimiento del producto, educar a los profesionales de la salud y alcanzar los objetivos de su unidad de negocio a través de interacciones híbridas con sus clientes.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interactúe con mensajes promocionales de marca basados en la ciencia en los que el producto pueda ayudar a profesionales de la salud a satisfacer las necesidades del paciente.
  • Las interacciones con profesionales de la salud centradas en una gama más amplia de contenidos (por ejemplo, estado de la enfermedad).
  • Actúa como punto de contacto clave para establecer una conexión con áreas de experticia y recursos de Pfizer, únicamente de manera reactiva, bajo cumplimiento de los estándares corporativos.
  • Responsable de incorporar a los clientes al nuevo modelo de operación y a las nuevas plataformas (por ejemplo, Pfizer Pro).
  • Conocimiento de las preferencias de los clientes para el contenido y los canales para orquestar una experiencia ideal para el cliente a través de la selección de contenido relevante.
  • Se requiere título profesional.
  • Persona orientada al objetivo con un fuerte deseo de desempeñar un rol de promoción; tener habilidades básicas de orientación al servicio al cliente, iniciativa, planificación y seguimiento, gestión de trabajo y resolución de juicios y problemas.
  • Demostrar conocimiento del entorno digital y del sistema local de salud.
  • Sólidas aptitudes organizativas y analíticas, y capacidad para analizar y extraer conclusiones pertinentes utilizando los datos y la información disponibles.
  • Demostrar agilidad de cambio; responsabilidad; aceptar/buscar retroalimentación; capacidad de estar conectado con otros; colaboración con equipos internos interfuncionales.
  • Conocimiento del negocio y dinámica de mercado, gestión de clientes claves; y comprender las prioridades empresariales.
  • La capacidad de desarrollar relaciones profesionales sólidas.
  • Habilidades excepcionales de gestión del tiempo; intrínsecamente productivo y organizado, incluso en ausencia de supervisión directa.

Disponibilidad de viaje entre 30-50%.
