**Retos de la posición**
- Liderar el desarrollo y el lanzamiento de nuevas actualizaciones de nuestras
aplicaciones web, asegurando que cumplan con las necesidades de los usuarios y las metas de negocio.
- Colaborar en la definición e implementación de la estrategia de producto
- Asegurar que el equipo de desarrollo esté alineado con los objetivos del producto
- Ayudar a definir las características y requisitos del producto.
- Colaborar con el equipo de diseño para asegurar una experiência de usuario sólida.
- Gestionar el roadmap del producto y asegurar que se cumplan los plazos.
- Comunicar de manera efectiva el estado y el progreso del producto a equipos internos y externos.
- Asegurar la calidad del producto y la satisfacción del usuario.
**Requisitos de la posición**
- Experiência de al menos 3 años en posiciones similares.
- Conocimientos en metodologías ágiles y en la gestión de proyectos.
- Conocimientos sólidos en tecnologías web..
- Habilidad para trabajar en un ambiente de equipo y colaborar con desarrolladores, diseñadores y otros miembros del equipo
- Habilidad para comunicarse eficazmente con equipos técnicos y no técnicos.
- Capacidad para tomar decisiones y asumir responsabilidad.
- Conocimientos en análisis de mercado y estrategias de negocio.
- Inglés de nível alto.
