Your new positionIn this role, you will partner closely with research leaders to build an environment where scientific excellence and organizational performance go hand in hand. We offer exciting responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor and strategic HR Business Partner to the Research organization, supporting scientific leaders in Denmark and Boston, MA, on organizational development, strategic workforce planning, talent pipelines, and performance development. Drive and implement initiatives that align with business priorities and strengthen a culture of empowerment, accountability, and continuous improvement. Coach and advise leaders on people-related matters, including team dynamics, leadership effectiveness, employee relations, and organizational change. Facilitate and anchor annual people processes – such as talent reviews, succession planning, and development dialogues – ensuring they support business decisions and long-term capability building. Use HR data and analytics to generate insights and support evidence-based decision-making. Ensure compliance with local labor law and internal HR policies while maintaining a pragmatic, business-focused approach. Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Organizational Development and People operations to deliver on integrated people initiatives. Your profileSkillsTo thrive in this role, you bring a proactive mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for enabling both people and business success.
